Otto-Werner Mueller (born 23 June 1926〔) is a German-born conductor. At age 87, he is a professor of conducting at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia.〔 Among his previous appointments are the Juilliard School of Music in New York, the Yale School of Music in New Haven, CT,〔 the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the Victoria School of Music in British Columbia.〔 Some of his notable students include conductors Alan Gilbert, Alasdair Neale,David, Amado, Robert Hart Baker, Óliver Díaz, (Hayes (conductor)|David Hayes )], Sarah Ioannides, Paavo Järvi, Takao Kanayama, Jahja Ling, André Raphel, Ignat Solzhenitsyn, and Ransom Wilson.
